Refunds and Cancellations Policy

This Refunds and Cancellations Policy applies to purchases made on the Caliac Studios and Caliac Academy website.
1. Digital Courses
Caliac Academy sells digital courses, workshops, learning resources and training programmes. Since these are digital products, access may begin immediately after successful payment.
Refund requests for digital courses may be considered only if:
- The request is made within 7 calendar days of purchase
- The user has not consumed more than 20% of the course content
- The user has not downloaded substantial course resources, templates or restricted material
- A certificate has not been issued
- The request is genuine and not in violation of our terms
2. Non-refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The course has been substantially accessed or completed
- The user has downloaded major course resources
- The user has received a certificate
- The request is made after 7 calendar days from purchase
- The user has violated the Terms and Conditions
- The purchase was made during a clearly stated no-refund promotional offer
3. Live Workshops and Cohorts
For live workshops, online sessions or cohort-based programmes:
- Cancellation requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for refund or rescheduling.
- No refund may be provided for no-shows or cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before the session.
- If Caliac cancels or reschedules a session, users may be offered a refund, reschedule option or credit toward another programme.
4. Agency Services
For creative, production, marketing, consulting or website services, refunds and cancellations are governed by the quotation, invoice, proposal or written agreement shared for that project. Advance payments, booking amounts, production expenses and work already completed may be non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method. Once approved and initiated, the amount will typically be credited to the customer's bank account or original payment method within 5–7 working days, subject to the payment gateway, bank or card issuer timelines.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us with:
- Full name
- Registered email ID
- Course / service purchased
- Payment date
- Payment reference / order ID
- Reason for refund request

7. Final Decision
Refund approval is subject to verification of usage, payment status and eligibility under this policy. Caliac Studios / Caliac Academy reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on the conditions above.
