Caliac Academy primarily sells digital courses, online workshops and downloadable learning resources. Caliac Studios also provides creative, marketing and production services.
1. Digital Product Delivery
For digital courses and online learning products, there is no physical shipping. Course access is delivered digitally through the user's account on the website.
After successful payment confirmation and account login, access is usually activated immediately. In some cases, activation may take up to 24 hours due to payment verification, technical issues or manual review.
- Minimum delivery timeline for digital products: Immediate after successful payment and account activation.
- Maximum delivery timeline for digital products: Up to 24 hours after successful payment confirmation.
2. Online Workshops
For live online workshops, access links or joining instructions may be shared by email, dashboard notification, WhatsApp or another communication channel before the scheduled session.
3. Physical Products
At present, Caliac Academy primarily offers digital products and services. If physical products, merchandise, printed material or kits are offered in the future, shipping timelines, charges and delivery partners will be mentioned on the relevant product page.
For any future physical shipments:
- Minimum shipping timeline: 3 working days from order confirmation.
- Maximum shipping timeline: 14 working days from order confirmation, depending on location, courier availability and external factors.
4. Failed Delivery or Access Issues
If you do not receive course access within the stated timeline, contact us with your payment details and registered email ID.
